Not so nice staff!

The rooms are extremely spacious here with comfortable beds as well as amazing view. There is a fridge and a microwave oven. The staff are supper friendly and amicable, they keep the place fairly clean. Its location in good area is marvellous.

Our executive queen room with amazing view and comfortable beds, as example was beautiful. Having a shower and free toiletries was a bonus. The hotel had a great and favourable position, in good area. The employees were amazingly nice and outstandingly accommodating.

My stay at Hotel Santander Plaza was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect for exploring the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large balcony offering a beautiful view. The included breakfast was delicious and offered a nice variety of options. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. Despite a few minor issues, such as a leaky faucet and some worn-out window drapes, the overall experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guatemala City. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Santander Plaza and would definitely stay there again.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, being really close to the airport. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making my stay even more comfortable. The breakfast provided was superb, and I felt safe in the hotel and the surrounding area.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with amenities such as a coffee maker, TV, and large bathroom with a strong shower and hot water. The staff are friendly and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay.

The fitness center is a major letdown, with only a small aquarium-like space featuring a treadmill.
